I train 3 times a week with my trainer Tommy Asuma from Catalyst Golf Performance. We work on stability, mobility, power, speed, explosiveness and we also get the cardio benefit from these workouts.

Is there any particular bit of advice you would give the regular amateur for him or her to hit the ball longer?

Based on my results and my gains, doing a short dynamic warm up before you swing a golf club and also using the Super Speed Golf training system a few times per week. They will teach themselves…
