You understand that our All-Access website product is a monthly subscription.

You agree to act in a manner of integrity and not share your login credentials to our websites to any unauthorized third party.

You can easily cancel this subscription at any time on your own by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Click on the MY ACCOUNT link in the menu.
  3. Scroll down in the body text and follow the directions listed there.

Alternatively, send us an email at info@swingmangolf.com and our Customer Support can process the cancellation for you manually.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

All-Access

We are pleased to offer you a 30-day money back guarantee.

This offer is only valid within the first 30 days of your initial payment.

That being said, we also understand that there can sometimes be delays with communication. As such, as long as you can show proof that you reached out to us within the 30-day timeframe, the guarantee and refund is still honored.

All-Access (August 11th, 2021 to September 2nd, 2021)

Since we are offering the first 7 days free as well as sliding scale pricing, this version of All-Access does not qualify for refunds.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, that can easily be done on the MY ACCOUNT page as described per above.

Certification Program

The Certification program that is good for training credentials and continuing education credits for pros and trainers once a 50-question test is passed does not qualify for refunds.

Personal Health & Safety Responsibility

You understand that golf is an athletic sport, and you agree to use good sense and be responsible for the health and safety of your own body in regard to any of instruction and/or training information we provide you.

Affiliates & Referral Partners

You agree to not misrepresent us and/or make exaggerated or false claims about results that can be achieved through using our website and products.

You can claim payment for commissions on a monthly basis and our preferred method of payment is via PayPal.

Due to the fact that we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy, as described above, referral commissions accrued in one month will not be paid until a month later. For example, commissions earned in January will not be paid until March.

You agree to abandon any commission payments not collected within 90 days throughout the calendar year, except in the 4th quarter. In order that we can file our annual taxes in our desired timeframe, commissions from the 4th quarter of a given year must be claimed by January 31st of the following year, or else you agree to abandon any claim to them.

We explicitly reserve the right to change the commission rates at any time or for any reason.

Affiliate and referral partner accounts are reviewed from time to time. We also reserve the right to close your account for any reason at any time. Primarily, we do only do this if no clicks, opt-ins, or sales have occurred for your account after 90 days.
